Pioneer RNK 2 portable boring & overlay welding machine

Bore welding complex “Pioneer RNK 2” is designed to restore worn out holes.  One machine is used both for boring and welding.
It has a wide range of applications, such as repair of road-building equipment machinery, forestry equipment, mining machinery and equipment, sea, river, and railway transport, equipment used in oil and gas, power industries, industrial facilities, etc.

The work is carried out in three stages:

Boring a worn-out hole to eliminate ellipticity.

Overlay welding to restore the metal layer.

Final boring to the required size.
